Lily was an awesome waitress! Our table was very well attended to! All of our food came out in good time and was correct, and all of our drinks were kept filled as needed. She had a great personality and seemed to really value doing a great job. She even let my son touch a lobster from the tank! We will be requesting her section next time we return!

The place was nice and neat. Staff was good too. I only went because my family wanted to have dinner there. I am the only one who doesn't like seafood and that's pretty much all they offer here. I wish they had more non-seafood options but that's just because I'm a picky eater and we were already there. Other than that, my family enjoyed their meals and their cheddar biscuits are SO GOOD.

Me and my fiance, had a great night at red lobster. Food was good. The apple crostata was amazing with ice cream and caramel sauce drizzled on top.

Once we got to a table the server was attentive. We each ordered a $15 three course meal. A small basket of cakey biscuits were served to the table. I chose grilled shrimp and a mixed green salad. A brownie Sunday is the standard dessert. The 10 medium size tail-on shrimp were tender and served with a giant serving of rice. My partner ordered seafood fettacini. It looked like a lot of pasta. The Sunday was a brownie topped with soft serve and a sqiggle of chocolate syrup. All in all nothing special but a good price. The restaurant is very dark so it is hard to know about cleanliness or upkeep.

The waitress did not know the menus well enough to be able understand my order. I was ordering the create your own combo. You get to choose your menu items. The quantity is based on how many items you choose. It's really not that complicated. This is a favorite of mine and I have ordered for years. The last time I gave up and walked out. Would have never guessed this to be even possible.

Was seated quickly, then no one came to take our order. It took 15 minutes before I was brought old hard cold cheddar biscuits.The scallops were cold the rice was tasteless the staff was horrible never came to check on me once and I can see them talking to each other pretty much the whole time I received horrible service there are only three other people in a restaurant the service is unacceptable I will never come back here.I came here for my birthday dinner this whole experience was ruined for me by the horrible service. I would give them zero stars or minus Stars if I could

Very disappointed. .. have always had excellent food there... but Saturday August 10 (yakima) my husband & I went there for lunch ... lobster was like rubber and no taste as well as shrimp... for $30 dollar plates x 2 very disappointed was so looking forward to eating there but left wondering if I ever will again...service was great though... makes us feel like we got day before leftovers, probably not the case but still!!! Would of said something but no one asked us how dinner was and there was no one at entrance to tell when we left.

We were seated quickly and it ended there. Didn't have even one server acknowledge us for over 15 minutes. When one server finally asked if we had been helped she made it clear getting us drinks was doing us a favor because she was NOT our server. I was looking forward to a good meal and after a half hour of no service we left. I am insulted and absolutely appalled at the treatment we received. I expected better. Shame on Yakima Red Lobster I know where I won't be buying our company gift cards this year.

The side of veggies were dry and bland, but what annoyed me was the little screen that you process your payment. Self service in stores now in restaurants such as Lobster. After I paid it sent me to another page to answer the survey. After all that it suggested a 19 percent tip for a party of two. I should be the one getting a discount after all that work I had to do. Oh also the bathroom heater was off.

Enjoy a Red Lobster because you know what you are gonna get as far as food. The server was polite and helpful. I decided to try someone different and it was delicious. And I tried the Cedar Plank Seafood Bake and had a baked potato instead of wedge fries. 👌ðŸ½ðŸ˜‹

Our waitress was awesome!! Super attentive and after our happiness at every corner. Paid attention to each adult as well as child. Pretty impressive because we had 15 people in our party and she was the only person serving us from start to finish. Didnt catch her name but she KILLED it!! Food was good but HER service was over the top. Thank you!

Food was great! Service was lacking in my opinion. The restaurant was well staffed, but inattentive. Had to ask for many things that should have been offered. Drinks ran empty at our table, no steak sauce offered. I just would expect more when paying over 150.00. Been a while since I've been there and don't know when I'll be back. Not a horrible experience, but not great either.

Grilled Shrimp Salad & cup of Clam Chowder with their famous Cheddar Biscuit was a perfect quick lunch vs going to some fast food joint. Our waitress was very friendly & checked to make sure everything was fine often.

Have eaten at the Yakima Red Lobster before and had a great experience. Not the case tonight. Seated within 5 min. Waited for drinks, bisquits anything 35 min. Waitress walked by once, said she would be with us in a while???? Left 5 min later. .we are now at Olive Garden waiting to be seated...

I got the fish and chips, actually baked potato, yesterday, it was one big piece. My hands got all oily trying to pick it up and oil all over the paper on plate. And there was more breading than fish, I picked it off trying to eat the messy thing. Wont be something I order again.

Best thing about Red Lobster... Biscuits... Next Best thing Biscuits... Laugh.... There Cheesey buttery biscuits are delicious... And so too is pretty much all of their food. Service is good always well trained friendly staff. Wait times for food can be a little long, plan to make this a experience with friends and family to enjoy appetisers, drinks and conversation. With this being said if your enjoying a late dinner like we were after a movie the cleaning staff were busy vacuuming and this detracted from the experience.

I had the steak and lobster. Best parts were the biscuits and lobster melt mashed potatoes. Lobster in shell was decent. I ordered steak medium rare, they came back out and said medium well was the only way they cook the steak for that dish, and it was overcooked and bland. Decent food. Super pricey for quality. Maybe go on rare occasion, and probably only when we get the odd giftcard.

Just stoped by today to have some dinner ! It was my first time ever going to red. Lobster ! My first time yeah , I got sat ! And I waited and waited for 15 mins and no server will help me it was slow night , 18 mins waiting for Sever never showed up ! It was ignore sad ! Don’t ever go there !

Their was a fruit fly in the top of my water.. How did they not see it. Told my waiter and she just grabbed it, not even an apology. Then my salad came and u could tell the tomato was not fresh. Looked like they just picked out the bad parts.. Now I know where the fruit fly came from.. Just a bad experience and will not be going back.

Went for Charis Birthday dinner sat for 2 hrs waitress didnt put order in 4 other tables served before us and then diner came and wasnt even right.In between asked for biscuits didnt bring those either had to ask again.Manager took care of bill but still a terrible time.Dont even deserve the one star but had to pick one.
